Instructional Designer at ADP. (October 2016- May 2019)


  • Design, develop, update and maintain learning content, learning courses and learning curriculums for a diverse, international cohorts of clients and associates.
  • Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs) to evaluate learning needs and create/shape the material into engaging learning solutions.
  • Work closely with program managers to meet project needs, timelines, resources and implement project plans.
  • Provide innovation with the continuous improvement of internal and external course design, development and delivery processes.
  • Work effectively as part of a cross-cultural, international remote team.
  • Document instructional strategies, processes and best practices in collaboration with the whole team.
  • Create eLearning templates aligned with the corporate branding style.
  • Create high-quality scripts, storyboards, audio and video scripts, job aids, scenarios, learning activities, online course content, infographics, and user guides that reflect innovative, learner-centric, user-friendly design.
  • Use authoring tools such Captivate, Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Vyond or Camtasia to create interactive and engaging online eLearning deliverables.
  • Carry out quality checks to examine learning materials before delivering them to client.
  • Lead learning deliverables for some specific products such as Workday, Siebel (Oracle) or SAP.

    Teaching Assistant (TA) at Trinity College Dublin (TCD). (January 2016 June 2016)


    • Coordinate workgroup a large number of students (more than 200) and facilitators.
    • Organize, manage and maintain learning materials, student groups and assessments on the LMS.
    • Follow up facilitators to check the students’ progress.
    • Report to academics the progress of the facilitators and the students.
    • Assess students’ work.
    • Work with stakeholders to analyze learning needs.
    • Review learning content provided and, modified and adjust it to the learners and learning needs.
    • Design e-learning activities for assessment.
    • Develop the learning materials for a blended learning solution.
    • Publish and track learning package in the LMS.
    • Guide and assess learners.

    Instructional designer for ECDL (July 2015-December 2015) in the design and implementation of an Irish pilot course on Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in Education.


    This work was conducted through Trinity College Dublin and aimed to provide knowledge and skills on the pedagogically effective use of ICT to support and enhance teaching, learning and assessment in the classroom.

    Instructional designer & online tutor (January 2011-January 2012). Responsible for the instructional design of “Management and Training” course during its 1st implementation.

    • Design assessments and assess students’ work.

    Research Assistant

    I was employed as an assistant on the following research projects: Social Networks in Education, Good Practices and New Trends in e-learning, Developing Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) in Higher Education (2010-2012). As a researcher, I became interested in emerging digital technologies and new trends to enhance learning experiences. I have specialised in e-learning, mobile, social, informal and lifelong learning. I gained experience in open-ended problem solving, critical and analytical thinking, managing discussions and defending points of view, academic writing, time management, dealing with pressure, working with teams and, giving and receiving feedback.
